Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Where possible, please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit.

Cancellations before a visit

Bookings cancelled before we travel to the cemetery are not charged. Where materials such as flowers or a wreath have already been purchased on your behalf, those costs may still apply.

Rescheduling

Visits can usually be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date at no additional cost.

Regular care plans

Regular care plans may be paused or cancelled by written agreement. Any remaining balance will be handled fairly.
