Standards of Care
What every visit includes
A clear, consistent standard of care applies to every booking, so you know exactly what to expect.
Every visit includes
- Respectful treatment of the grave and surrounding plots
- Work carried out only where safe and permitted
- Before-and-after photographs, except where photographs form part of an assessment-only report
- A short written update after the work is completed
- Clear communication where additional or specialist work appears necessary
Work outside our scope
- Structural repairs, stabilisation, levelling or resetting
- Repointing, cement work or fixing loose memorials
- Re-lettering, painting, gilding or restoration
- Pressure washing or harsh chemical treatments
- Cleaning cracked, leaning, loose, flaking or unstable memorials
- Removal of permanent tributes without clear authorisation
Where specialist masonry, restoration or repair work appears necessary, the family will be advised to contact an appropriately qualified memorial mason.
