Tell us about the grave
Share the cemetery or churchyard, the name on the memorial, the grave reference if available, its location, and recent photographs where possible.

Receive a recommendation
We review the information and photographs to identify the most appropriate service. Where photographs are unavailable, a paid condition check may be recommended.

Confirm the service
We confirm the service, final price, any permissions required, proposed timing and payment arrangements — all in writing.

Receive reassurance
After the visit, you receive before-and-after photographs and a concise written update describing the work carried out.
A note on payment: Online checkout is not currently offered because every grave, memorial and location is different. Customers receive a secure payment link once the appropriate service and price have been confirmed.
