These terms apply to services provided by Bristol Memorial Tending.

Quotes and pricing

All prices shown on the website are introductory and subject to confirmation based on memorial size, condition, location, access and the rules of the relevant cemetery or churchyard.

Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once the service, price, permissions and payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Scope of work

Work is carried out only where it is safe and permitted. Specialist masonry, restoration or repair work is outside our scope and will be referred to a qualified memorial mason.

Photographs

Photographs are taken for the customer's benefit and shared as part of the visit update. They are not published without permission.
